Certified CPVC pipes and fittings tested for hot and cold water plumbing

Certified CPVC Pipes & Fittings

CPVC carries hot water by design, and that one difference is exactly why certification matters more here than almost anywhere else in plumbing. An off-spec compound can look identical to the correct material on a shelf, but soften and fail at temperatures a certified pipe handles without issue.

WorldFlow's CPVC pipes and fittings are manufactured to IS 15778 under an ISO 9001:2015 quality process, with every production batch put through hydrostatic pressure testing before it clears for dispatch. The compound is lead-free and rated for continuous hot-water service up to 93°C.

Full traceability runs from raw material to the finished batch, so a certificate isn't just paperwork — it maps back to an actual tested production run. Before buying CPVC for a hot-water line, it's worth asking any supplier for exactly that: the IS mark and the batch test record behind it.

For geysers, solar heaters, hotel and hospital hot-water lines, or any industrial warm-water run, enquire with your sizing and we'll confirm the certified range that fits.
