Industrial Pipe Fittings
Industrial piping asks more of a fitting than a residential line ever does. Pressure cycles are more frequent, flow often carries chemicals or warm process water, and a joint failure can shut down a production line rather than just one bathroom. Fittings built for industrial duty have to hold up to that load for years without creeping, cracking or weeping at the seam.
WorldFlow manufactures its industrial fitting range — elbows, tees, unions, reducers and couplers — in both UPVC and CPVC, engineered to IS 4985 and IS 15778 specifications. Every batch goes through the same hydrostatic pressure testing as our plumbing range, so the fittings on a factory floor meet the same standard as the ones behind a bathroom wall.
The range covers process water lines, cooling circuits, chemical dosing systems, effluent treatment plants and general utility piping across manufacturing facilities. Where the line runs hot, CPVC fittings carry it; where it's cold-water pressure duty, UPVC does the job at a lower cost.
Share your line's pressure rating, temperature and the chemicals it carries, and we'll recommend the right fitting family and class for the job.
